Gemini is a community-led North West carnival Morris dancing troupe in Stockport, also known as SMDA (Stockport Morris Dancing Association).
We use traditional dance to improve wellbeing, physical activity, confidence and social connection, for all ages, from tots to seniors, experienced or brand new. We practise on Wednesdays, 5pm to 9pm, at Stockport Labour Club, 2 Lloyd Street, SK4 1QP. Call 07704 123178.

One dancer who once lacked confidence and kept to themselves built that confidence up through our sessions, made real friends, and went on to perform in front of a crowd.
